Personal data may be disclosed without your consent in case of disputes/disputes regarding payment fraud to the following recipients: banks involved in online payments, International Card Organizations and Service/Product Providers, respectively according to the Law, to the authorized institutions.

According to the provisions of Law no.677/200, our customers have the following rights:

1) Right to information (art.12)
2) Right to access to data (art.13) – the right to obtain, upon request and free of charge, for one request per year, confirmation that data concerning them are or are not processed by the data controller.
3) Right to intervention (Article 14) – the right to request the data controller, by written request and free of charge, the following:
(a) rectification, updating, blocking or erasure of incomplete, inaccurate or unlawfully processed data;
b) the transformation of unlawful personal data into anonymous data;
c) notification of third parties of the operations referred to in points a) and b).
4) Right to object (Article 15) – the right to object, free of charge and by written request, on compelling legitimate grounds relating to one’s particular situation, to the processing of data concerning oneself.
5) Right to take legal recourse (Article 18) – the right to take legal action to defend rights guaranteed by law that have been infringed.
6) Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Article 25).
